We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and Western Union. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For large turnkey projects, we can discuss milestone-based payment schedules.

Absolutely. We welcome factory visits at our facility in Ruian City, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. You can see machines in production, test with your own materials, and discuss specifications with our engineering team. Contact us to schedule your visit — we can arrange airport pickup.

All machines come with an 18-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. We provide lifetime technical support and maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory. During warranty, replacement parts are provided free of charge. After warranty, parts are available at competitive prices with 3-7 day air freight delivery.
