USE:
 The 3 layers film blowing line is composed in three extruders and auxiliary parts. It can be used for blowing with HDPE and LDPE,LLDPE, metallocene polyethylene, etc. through the extrusion die head to form three layer complex composite film. With greatly improving the physical properties of the fims and an increase of strength,sothat the films featured in good obstruct properties and air tightness.This thin film barrier properties, thermal insulation, waterproof, anti-frost, oxygen barrier, oil resistance and other excellent, can be widelyused in heavy packing, such as fruit, meat dish, pickles, fresh milk, liquid beverage etc.

Characteristics:
ABA blown film machines have unique advantages in processing HDPE LDPE and LLDPE materials. The physical strength of the film is improved by co-extrusion. Both extruders adopt three-layer extrusion, one blows the inner and outer coating, and the other blows the middle layer, which can reduce the configuration of one of the extruders and achieve the purpose of cost reduction, energy saving and low consumption. At the same time, the intermediate throwing layer can recover materials and calcium carbonate that account for more than 80% of the total output. It can greatly reduce the cost of raw materials in the production process and provide customers with stronger market competitiveness.
